Large vessel disease
= Rx: antiplatelet agent and High intensity Statin
= Intracranial Stenosis with Transient Ischemic Attack/Stroke.
Rx: Consider Double antiplatelet for 90 days, then single antiplatelet
= Carotid stenosis over 70 percent
Consider carotid endarterectomy if good surgical risk
Less than 70 percent, follow up imaging study
